Basic 1 Time Training Plan:

This plan includes a training plan tailored directly to your needs and fitness goals. This plan is meant to fit your lifestyle, not vice versa.

Basic 1 Time Nutrition Plan:

This plan includes the choices between a customized meal plan and/or macros specifically tailored to your fitness goals.

1:1 In-Person Training:

Join me in a 1:1 personal training experience. I will provide overall guidance throughout the duration of the session. Per the training session booked, it is $50.00, with a no-show fee of $25.00.

Online All-Inclusive 1:1 Coaching:

This is a monthly package that includes a customized training plan, nutrition plan (macros or meal plan), supplement guidance, cardio, and weekly check-ins.

1:1 Online/In-Person Coaching 10 Pack:

This monthly package includes: A training and nutrition plan, supplement guidance, cardio, weekly check-ins, and in-person training (price is set, but varies depending on in-person training frequency per month).

Basic 1x Per Month: $450.00

All-Inclusive Package Without In-Person Training:

This monthly package includes: A training and nutrition plan, supplement guidance, cardio, and weekly check-ins. This package will also include a grocery list of food and drink items to make the process easier and hopefully more manageable!

Hello, my name is Liz, and it is really nice to meet you! I personally love everything about coaching, health, wellness, overall fitness, and especially helping others reach their health goals. The one major thing that brings me the most joy in coaching is seeing the way fitness impacts people’s lives. I was the girl who questioned whether it was “worth it” because I saw no changes, to becoming the girl who feels empowered, strong, and unstoppable! Funny story, I thought that I genetically could not lose weight and gain muscle. I almost began to believe that there was something wrong with me because I led myself to think that “I am incapable of change”. But the truth is, I am MORE than capable of change, I just needed a little bit of guidance and to be a bit nicer to myself.
